There are no accurate licensing requirements added than that the ASCOM logo may alone be acclimated if the applicant appliance is ASCOM compatible, and an ASCOM disciplinarian charge apparatus all the appropriate backdrop and methods (but charge not apparatus any of the alternative backdrop and methods).
